The URL https://testmobile.prestonrentalsgroup.ca is not setup in the MCS configuration tool therefore RM-web does not know which database to connect to.
Please run the MCS configuration tool and fill in the RM-web URL against the correct MCS-rm database in the Application Configuration section.
